Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategy & execution from concept to market- fit

- Scale programmes rapidly to achieve traction, revenue, and impact

- Take full ownership of decisions - wins and misses

- Collaborate with HPCP/ACH mentors and investors

- Lead the development and execution of the business strategy, taking an idea from concept to market-fit and beyond.

- Drive key business functions, including product strategy, business development, go-to-market execution, and operations.

- Build and scale the business rapidly, focusing on achieving critical milestones related to traction, revenue, and growth.

- Operate with complete autonomy, making critical decisions and taking ownership of both successes and failures.

- Work directly with mentors and backers to refine the business model and navigate strategic challenges.
