About Us:

Job Purpose:
To generate revenue from an assigned geographical Cluster by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibility Drives primary sales in the assigned territory to achieve the sales target & maximize the market share.
- Take up dealer/sales promotion activities.
- Organize sales activities, motivate the dealer / salesman through training / introduction of incentive schemes & ensure reduced outstanding & better collections from the dealer.
- Creation of fund by addition of BG/CC of dealer for consistent business and stability.
- Highlight the differences on the product from the competition;
- Provide inputs on understanding the area, calculate the industry / market size.
- Generate ideas on ways to enhance sales in order to enhance manpower productivity and achieve target volume Leadership/Team Management
Responsibility:
- Commercial marketing and Sales acumen,
- Excellent analytical & Interpersonal skills.
- Team Working, Good Communication skills,
- Well versed with local language ,Resolving Customer / dealer grievances, Open for travelling (20-22 days),Willing to relocate,
- Market Knowledge, Should have lead a team of 3 & m re, earlier, Target oriented.
Experience Required:
Experience Required 12-15 Years experience in tractor industry & must have experience of handling of Team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education Education/Qualifications: B Tech( Agricultural Engineer) /BE / Mechanical /Automobile / MBA.
