Job Title: Cluster Head Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Head to lead the Sales and Marketing operations across four divisions in the Acute and General segments, overseeing a business of INR 1200+ Cr. This role is based in Bangalore and involves managing a large and diverse team of over 1500 field staff, managers, and marketing professionals (PMT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the sales and marketing operations of 4 divisions in the Acute and General segments.
- Oversee a team of 1500+ field staff, managers, and PMT/marketing professionals.
- Drive business growth for a portfolio worth INR 1200+ Cr by implementing new strategies and strengthening existing brands.
- Recruit, train, and develop an entirely new sales and marketing team for a new division.
- Guide and mentor the team to consistently achieve sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Ensure effective man-management to achieve high PCPM (Per Capita Productivity).
- Manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Handle sales management, customer relationship management, distributor/channel partner development, and ensure robust supply chain execution.
- Achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets across the cluster.
- Track and report monthly and cumulative targets for sales and collections.
- Launch new products and molecules while implementing innovative promotional strategies to build market share.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Management.
- Experience: 15+ years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with strong exposure to Acute and General segments.
- Proven expertise in handling large teams and managing high-revenue portfolios.
- Strong command over P&L management, strategic planning, and execution.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products, brand building, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with sound business acumen.
