Target Industry : Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

Experience : 15+ Years in multiple therapies

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define BU Strategy to drive profitable growth

- Manage P&L and ensure achievement of Top Line and Bottom Line Targets.

- Directing the entire gamut of P&L involving Marketing, sales, operations, and administration

- Ensuring performance parameters are under control - budget, P&L figures, and sales team KPIs

- Drive adherence to financial, regulatory and compliance norms in accordance with UCPMP and Organizational Norms

Portfolio Planning:

- Building new business channels, expanding distribution reach across the region to achieve preset sales & profit targets.

- Steering Sales & Marketing plans to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within cost, time & process parameters

- Cross Functional collaboration with Finance. Medical, HR, L&D, Supply Chain, NPD Teams

- Planning, formulating & implementing marketing strategies and promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue & profitability by maximizing sales

- Increasing sales revenues, exceeding targeted sales goals, developing profitable and productive business relationships, coordinating with decision-makers, building an extensive client base, and market development.

- Developing processes to create an effective Marketing & Sale organization, identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of revenue targets
