HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive HR experience and be adept at driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Lead HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor and manage the HR team to ensure efficient operations and high service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a mid-to-large size organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
