Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to support our finance and accounting functions. Female candidates are encouraged to apply as part of our diversity initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Support audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and liaising with auditors.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, etc.
- Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (Tally, ERP, or others).
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders for financial transactions and reconciliations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified or intermediate with strong intent to complete the qualification.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related regulations.
- Proficient with accounting software like Tally, ERP, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Female candidates preferred.
