Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, support decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives for our US-based clients. The role demands a strong understanding of business finance, accounting principles, and reporting frameworks to help our CPA firm clients achieve operational and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for US client operations.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support leadership decisions.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on profitability and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams and CPA firm clients to evaluate business performance.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

- Drive process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.

- Act as a finance business partner for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in business finance, FP&A, or accounting roles, preferably in outsourcing or CPA-related environments.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a US shift and deliver results under tight timelines.
