Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategically minded Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience and an MBA to lead cross-functional projects that drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Alignment: Ensure all assigned projects are strategically aligned with the company's long-term goals and business priorities.
- Conduct thorough business case analysis and feasibility studies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams, including business analysts, marketing, finance, operations, and technical resources.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across various departments.
- Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and present project outcomes at executive levels.
- Budget & Resource Optimization: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring financial prudence and optimal resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Complex Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve intricate business and operational challenges that arise during project lifecycles.
- Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drive organizational change initiatives related to projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, systems, or products.
- Process Improvement & Governance: Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Continuously seek to optimize project management processes for greater efficiency and predictability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale, strategic, and cross-functional business projects (e. , new product launches, organizational restructuring, M&A integrations, large-scale process improvements).
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with significant business impact.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority.
- Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e. , Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and business intelligence tools.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and organizational development.
- Ability to think critically, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate strong business judgment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with portfolio management and program management.
- Background in consulting or a highly matrixed organizational environment.
- Understanding of various industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
