Position Overview:
Were looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Hunter with a solid track record in selling enterprise data platforms, particularly Databricks. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-driven professional who can build C-level relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently deliver revenue growth in dynamic, competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business for Databricks solutions across Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Databricks to deliver tailored, value-based proposals.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise tech sales, including 3+ years in data/cloud/analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of Databricks, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML use cases.
- Proven success in new business development and quota attainment.
- Experience in sectors like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Telecom is a plus.
- Location: Mumbai or Bangalore (travel required as per business needs).
Preferred:
- Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Cloudera, or similar.
- Strong enterprise network and experience co-selling with hyperscalers.
