Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT services, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Closeloop's offerings accordingly.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.

- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and develop professionally.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and position Closeloop competitively.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to tailor solutions and enhance customer engagement.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools (preferably Zoho) to ensure a structured sales process.

- Revenue & Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering value-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales.

- Strong understanding of software development, cloud solutions, AI services, CRM & ERP projects, digital transformation, and IT consulting.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing a sales team and driving team performance.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, or enterprise IT services.

- Prior experience working with international clients.

- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
