Role Responsibilities:



- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.



- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.



- Develop and execute client marketing strategies that align with their goals.



- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.



- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and adjust strategies as needed.



- Analyze client data and provide insights to enhance marketing efforts.



- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.



- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.



- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to clients.



- Oversee the development of marketing materials and collateral for client campaigns.



- Assist clients in developing their brand presence online through effective digital marketing techniques.



- Provide training and support to clients regarding digital tools and platforms.



- Ensure all client projects comply with industry regulations and standards.



- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and address any issues.



- Collaborate with the sales team to attract and retain clients.



Qualifications:



- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.



- Proven experience in client servicing or account management within the digital marketing industry.



- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.



- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.



- Experience with project management tools and client relationship management (CRM) software.



- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.



- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.



- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.



- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.



- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.



- Strong negotiation and influence skills.



- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies.



- Creative mindset with a focus on results.



- Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
