Job Title: Client Services Manager - RPO

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business at our client site in Whitefield, Bangalore.

- The role will involve managing a team of 27 professionals across recruitment and administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- RPO Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of the RPO engagement, ensuring high-quality recruitment service delivery to the client.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and admin staff, ensuring performance excellence and adherence to SLAs.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring clear communication, - issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

- Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute workforce planning and hiring strategies in collaboration with the client's HR team to meet talent acquisition needs.

- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes, leveraging best practices and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to drive data-driven hiring decisions.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external recruitment partners when needed, ensuring alignment with client needs and service standards.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Client Services Manager or RPO leadership role.

- Prior experience managing recruitment operations at a client site is highly preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and RPO operations.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams, drive engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

- Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively with client leadership and internal teams.
