Responsibilities:

Stakeholder/Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.

- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

- Proactively understand client needs and address concerns.

- Manage client escalations effectively and provide timely, effective solutions.

Quality Assurance of Resumes:

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes for resume submissions.

- Ensure all resumes meet client specifications and standards.

- Work with internal teams to provide feedback, and improve resume quality.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate and analyze client performance reports.

- Identify trends and insights to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

- Provide regular updates to clients on key metrics and performance.

Operation Excellence and Project Management:

- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage projects related to client success and service improvement.

- Implement best practices and streamline processes.

Internal Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, operations team, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams.

- Work to ensure all teams are aligned with client expectations.

Quarterly Business Meetings:

- Prepare and conduct quarterly business review meetings with clients.

- Present performance data, discuss strategic initiatives, and address client concerns.

- Ensure that action items from the meetings are completed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. -

- Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Knowledge of resume screening and evaluation processes.
