Job Opening: CRM Lead - Luxury Real Estate

Location: South Bombay

Function: Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Reporting To: Head of Sales / Business Leadership

Role Overview


A premier real estate consulting firm is hiring on behalf of a top-tier developer known for its bespoke residential towers, curated public spaces, and mixed-use townships. This CRM Lead will be the face of the brand for high-net-worth clients, delivering a seamless, personalized experience from inquiry to post-handover. The role demands emotional intelligence, strategic engagement, and a deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Presentations

- Activate and engage all incoming leads

- Conduct compelling property presentations and exclusive site visits

2. Client Engagement & Lifecycle Management

- Build long-term relationships with HNIs through tailored interactions

- Manage the full client journey, including post-handover support

3. Client Support & Issue Resolution

- Address client queries with professionalism and urgency

- Ensure every touchpoint reflects brand values and service excellence

4. Channel Partner Networking

- Cultivate relationships with IPCs, brokers, and vendor partners

- Drive client acquisition through strategic partnerships

5. Feedback & Marketing Collaboration

- Relay client feedback to design and project teams

- Partner with marketing to create client-centric collateral

6. Transaction Coordination

- Liaise with legal, finance, and operations for smooth closures

7. Market Intelligence

- Stay abreast of luxury real estate trends and competitor activity

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1 preferred)

- 8-12 years of experience in luxury real estate CRM or client servicing

- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management

- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

- Relationships with IPCs and vendor networks are a plus

- Emotionally mature, self-driven, and detail-oriented

Travel

Limited travel to project sites as required
