Client Project Manager

Role Summary:

As a Project Manager, youll lead critical product rollouts for Web, Mobile Apps, API, H2H, and SFTP-based integrations with banks and enterprise clients. This role requires both project leadership skills and a solid understanding of financial APIs and backend workflows to ensure smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple products.

- Own the client onboarding and integration lifecycle from kick-off to UAT to go-live.

- Coordinate across internal product, business, and tech teams, as well as external client/vendor teams.

- Track and manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.

- Review and validate API specifications, payloads, and system behaviors to ensure accurate implementation.

- Prepare and maintain documentation such as project plans, SoWs, integration guides, and UAT scripts.

- Conduct status calls, steering reviews, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.

- Provide first-line resolution support during integrations or go-live phases.

What We're Looking For"

- 4 to 10 years of experience in project management within fintech, banking, technology, or API-driven platforms.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, token), data mapping, and financial system behaviours.

- Familiarity with financial protocols (NACH, UPI, BBPS, IMPS, RTGS) and corporate banking integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and project trackers.

- Exceptional coordination and client communication skillsverbal, written, and structured.

- Ability to lead multiple concurrent integrations and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Bonus Points For:

- PMP/Prince2/Agile/Scrum certification or training.

- Prior experience integrating with banks or large NBFCs.

- Exposure to enterprise ERP/API systems like SAP, Oracle, or Zoho.

- Familiarity with Indian regulatory bodies and API standards (e.g., NPCI, RBI APIs, CKYC, DEPA).
