Role Purpose:

The Senior Wealth Strategist is responsible for acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients and positioning Client First Asia as their trusted wealth partner. The role requires strong client engagement, relationship building, and the ability to design customized wealth strategies aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new client acquisition across HNI/UHNI/NRI segments.

- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk appetite, and wealth aspirations.

- Pitch and onboard clients across MFs, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Trading accounts.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.

- Work with Research & Product Development teams to position investment opportunities.

- Conduct seminars/webinars, networking events, and referrals for lead generation.

- Ensure CRM hygiene (Bitrix24) with updated client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

- Adhere to compliance, documentation, and process standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

- New client accounts acquired per month/quarter.

- First-year revenue from new clients (trading + investment).

- Lead conversion ratio.

- Seminar/Referral contribution.

- CRM hygiene & process compliance.

Desired Profile:

- MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of client acquisition/sales experience in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or BFSI domain.

- Strong HNI network and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with 10X growth orientation.
