Job Profile:

- Actively source and create prospect lists from various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data.com, industry databases, and other open sources.

- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers and influencers, and develop strategies to generate initial interest.

- Database Management: Maintain and continuously expand your database of prospects and accounts within your assigned territories.

- Expertly nurture existing leads through the sales funnel and actively hunt for new leads to build a robust pipeline.

- Understand customer needs and requirements thoroughly, qualifying opportunities based on our established qualification process.

- Sales Handoff: Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development, detailed presentations, and closure.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

- Communication Excellence: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear, concise, and persuasive interactions with prospects.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 2-6 years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally within the Software (IT Products/Services) industry, with a specific focus on Testing

- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus
