CleverTap - Senior Vice President/Vice President - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making.

- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely delivery.

- Direct treasury, cash flow management, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.

- Lead risk management initiatives, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

- Collaborate with executive leadership and board members to provide insights and recommendations on financial matters.

- Drive process improvements to enhance financial controls, efficiency, and automation.

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.

- Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably at the senior management or executive level.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and corporate finance.

- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Expertise in risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Experience in the industry relevant to the company is an added advantage.
