
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor partner performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide partners with training, resources, and ongoing support to maximize their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to align partner activities with company objectives.
- Negotiate partner agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
- Track and report on channel performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner market dynamics.
- Represent the company at partner events, webinars, and conferences as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales.
- Proven ability to manage and grow partner ecosystems remotely.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence partners and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology products and solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to partner locations or company events
