Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in Dubai and Jordan to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and services.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand account revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and business reviews to clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining strong customer trust.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client goals and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Middle East region to inform account strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage renewals and negotiations.
- Travel between Dubai and Amman as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the Middle East region.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of local markets in UAE and Jordan, including business culture and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Amman
