The Role: Program Manager

We're seeking a Program Manager who thrives on solving complex, high-stakes problems end-to-end -someone with a strategic mindset, analytical depth, and hands-on experience driving results across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is more than a program management role - it's a high-impact opportunity where you'll own critical programs, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and empower teams to unblock challenges and deliver results with precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive high-impact programs spanning multiple products and cross-functional teams - ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

- Identify blockers and bottlenecks - collaborate with teams to problem-solve, mitigate risks, and escalate issues proactively.

- Manage new enhancements on the CRM system to drive adoption of the CRM platform

- Focus on business impact, strategic importance, and risk management to deliver what matters most

- Ensure regular, transparent communication across teams, leaders, and partners

- Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvements in processes and workflows

Requirements:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in business strategy, program management, or operations roles ideally in high-growth SaaS startups

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you love data and use insights to guide decisions

- Hands-on SQL experience - you can dig into data to pull performance insights and monitor key metrics

- Proven stakeholder management skills - you rally cross-functional teams, align competing priorities, and drive consensus

- High ownership mindset - you're self-driven, proactive, and relentlessly accountable - you get things done
