Claridges Group - Analyst - Real Estate Finance & Strategy

Reporting to CEO Claridges Real Estate and Group Chief Strategy Officer

Education: MBA/BBA

Experience: In Real Estate with IPCs, Developers and/or Consulting Organisations is a must. Experience in Hospitality will be an added plus

Responsibilities:

- Support the CEO / CSO with all key business activities as a shadow including financial Analysis, Business Development, Investments, presentations on strategy and business goals

- Preparation and Analysis of MIS reports

- Preparation of financial models and financial analysis

- Support fund raising activities from Private Equity Investors and Banks

- Tracking performance of real estate, hospitality and other Business of the group

- Support the Business Development and Investment activities for Business Growth

- Support Real Estate and hospitality transactions : JDA/JVs/Asset Light Growth

- Support the listing program for Group business

- Preparation of business plans and ongoing reviews

- Preparation and review of cash flows

Key Skills:

- Financial modelling

- Making Presentations

- Ability to read and comment on legal documents

- Financial Analysis

- Should be open to travel, mostly to Mumbai
