Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Manager to oversee inside sales operations at Manyata Business Tech Park. The City Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 30+ agents, driving annual revenue targets exceeding 10 Crores, and managing B2C telesales/inside sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of 30+ agents to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Drive annual revenue generation of 10+ Crores through effective sales strategies and team management.
- Utilize extensive experience in B2C telesales/inside sales to optimize sales processes and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to agents, ensuring a productive and motivated team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales metrics and funnel strategies to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Skills:
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years & managing a team of 30+ agents in a B2C telesales/inside sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual revenue targets of 10+ Crores.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with teams on the floor.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore/Manyata area.
- Strong ana;ytical skills with a good understanding of sales metrics and funnel dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Note: Strict 6 days working (Saturday & Sundays are operational)
