About CityMall:

At CityMall, we're building the go-to e-commerce platform for Bharat. We are an online platform for new to internet users living in small towns of India, with a mission to serve them through e-commerce by providing high quality products at affordable prices, through an innovative supply chain design based on a network of Community Leaders.

Role:

- EIR is a zero to one role and does not mandatorily require any deep functional expertise.

- You will be leading projects to solve interesting problems ranging from building new products, unlocking business growth potential, developing new categories to designing supply chain constructs.

- The role will require strategic thinking and also the willingness to work with stakeholders on the ground as and when necessary.

- It will involve working closely with founders & management and collaborating with multiple teams within CityMall including category, supply chain, business development, marketing and product.

Skills Required:

- Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures

- Strong MS Excel skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Motivated self-starter, proactive and detail-oriented

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and to get your hands dirty

- Ability to work in an unstructured / semi-structured environment

- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders

- Preferably from ITC + IIT, with 1-3 years of worked.

- People from ops background, willing to go to field
