Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Growth Head to spearhead advertising sales in the Mumbai & Bangalore Region. The role demands leadership in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and building high-impact ad sales strategies targeting real estate developers, builders, and allied partners. The candidate will lead a zonal sales team, drive market penetration, and establish strong partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Leadership:
- Own and deliver zonal revenue targets from ad sales, digital advertising, and media space selling.
- Develop customized sales strategies for our Clients & Strategic Partners.
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with key clients across the region.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with real estate clients.
- Work closely with decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Sales Directors , National Sales Head)
- Provide insights-driven advertising solutions to maximize client ROI.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a zonal team of sales managers/BDs.
- Drive performance management, training, and team productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Market Strategy & Expansion:
- Track recent trends, competitor offerings, and advertising spends in the zone.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create region-specific ad solutions.
- Build strategic alliances with industry bodies, brokers, and local networks.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns in coordination with operations teams.
- Monitor collections, client servicing, and delivery of agreed commitments.
- Regular reporting of business performance, pipeline, and forecasts to leadership.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven track record in Ad Sales, Digital Advertising, Media Sales, or Space Selling, with significant experience in client acquisition.
2. 7+ years of experience with at least 45 years in a managing key strategic accounts.
3. Strong network of with different stakeholder of the region
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to lead high-performing sales teams and manage large revenue targets.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
