Senior Marketing - Technical Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Marketing - Tech Manager at CIFDAQ, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing MarTech tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs).

- Leading the integration of new technologies into the existing marketing stack, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Managing a team of MarTech professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster a high-performance culture.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, data analytics, and product development, to deliver integrated MarTech solutions.

- Working closely with marketing leaders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

- Overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of customer and marketing data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Implementing and managing data analytics tools to track marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

- Developing and managing marketing automation and personalization strategies.

- Managing vendor and partner relationships to optimize MarTech solutions.

- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and managing associated risks.

The Successful Applicant:

- Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and implementing MarTech tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs).

- Strong expertise in marketing automation and personalization.

- Demonstrated ability in data management and analytics.

- Experience in vendor and partner management.

- Knowledge of compliance and risk management related to data privacy regulations.

- Proficiency in managing and leading a team of MarTech professionals.

- Strong understanding of MarTech strategy and implementation.
