About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Website Project Manager to join our team on-site in Indore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initiation through to successful completion. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong communication between clients and our internal development teams.

Please Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Project Management roles, particularly within the context of web development or digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee and manage the entire development lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initial scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives and quality standards.

Planning & Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and clear deliverables.

- Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and detailed tasks for the development team.

- Utilize project management tools like Jira and MS Project effectively to plan, track progress, manage sprints/phases, and report on project status.

Monitoring & Control:

- Continuously track project progress against established timelines and objectives.

- Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:

- Ensure the technical quality, performance, and scalability of developed websites.

- Leverage a strong understanding of WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices to guide the technical team and ensure high-quality output.

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to manage comprehensive testing, facilitate bug resolution, and ensure the overall quality of the delivered product before deployment.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients and all internal teams (development, design, QA, marketing).

- Provide regular, transparent progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to all relevant stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Deployment & Post-Launch:

- Oversee the successful launch and deployment of websites, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth transitions.

- Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and inform future project improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role, specifically managing web development or digital marketing projects.

Technical Understanding:

- Strong understanding of web development technologies and processes.

- Proven experience with WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices is essential.

Project Management Tools:

- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.

- Experience with other tools like Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus.

Methodologies:

- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Communication:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and project-related information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.

Organizational Skills:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
