Education & Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field from Tier 1/Tier 2 (Premier) College/Institute with min. 15 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives.
- Technology Vision: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify technological innovations, and continuously improve the tech stack to maintain competitive advantage in the insurance broking sector.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team that includes developers, engineers, and product managers. Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on innovation and excellence.
- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the technology solutions (platform, mobile applications, backend systems, APIs) for our insurance brokerage services.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design and implement robust and scalable architectures to handle the growing demands of the business and ensure seamless user experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI, and machine learning to create data-driven insights and optimize decision-making, customer personalization, and risk assessments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the technology solutions comply with insurance industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, Director, CFO, and other Top Management executives to drive technology initiatives that align with the company's strategic growth and revenue targets.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage technology budgets, investments in infrastructure, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure business continuity and system security.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, AI, and systems integration. Experience with programming languages.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and implement technological solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
