- We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, innovation, and digital transformation in the UPI/FinTech domain.

- Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business goals. Drive product innovation with AI/ML, Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud.

- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of financial platforms. Implement robust cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.

- Lead high-performing tech teams and foster a culture of innovation.

- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, Docker/Kubernetes. Collaborate with CEO & leadership for strategic initiatives.

- Manage budgets, vendors, and compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS). Qualifications:. MCA / MTech from a recognized institute. 8-10 years of proven experience as CTO.

- Strong expertise in FinTech, UPI systems, and emerging technologies
