Role Expectations:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to both in-house and outsourced Customer Care (CC), formulating comprehensive transition plans for identified processes.
- Optimize value during transitions, engaging in effective escalation management with stakeholders from infrastructure services, administration, IT, and vendor domains.
- Identify and implement improvement measures to enhance customer satisfaction levels throughout the transition phase.
- Demonstrate end-to-end project management proficiency, guiding projects seamlessly from planning to Business as Usual (BAU) within agreed timelines.
- Leverage experience in Agile Project Management to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Define and communicate effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to stakeholders.
- Monitor and facilitate the approval of essential documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Process Manuals, and Operation Manuals across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Function as a Transition Manager (BPO), overseeing Knowledge Transfer Leads and ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer process.
- Foster understanding and communication across stakeholders encompassing people, processes, and technology.
- Enable key stakeholders before the initiation of transitions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the process.
- Ensure robust Change Management Tracking and adherence to documentation completion as per organizational policies.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project documentation, adhering to engagement-specific requirements.
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and formulate mitigation plans.
- Develop and communicate business continuity plans to stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications And Certifications:
- Hold a Graduate/MBA degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
- Possess advanced Excel skills.
- Preferably hold certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
Skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in Project Management and Transition Experience.
- Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis and insights sharing.
- Exhibit proficiency in presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Display adept stakeholder management skills while collaborating with diverse groups.
- Excel as a team player, effectively contributing to large and diverse teams
