Chief Product Officer
About the Role:
As the Head of Product, you will lead and drive the product management function across multiple product lines, playing a critical role in shaping and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with the company's business goals.

- Oversee charging infrastructure initiatives to support electrification and remove user barriers.
- Lead the management of multiple product lines, owning business cases and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Ownership teams to design and deliver transformative product experiences (e.g., Autohold, Magic Twist).
- Oversee product management for software and connectivity offerings, including apps and mapping solutions.
- Drive the development of accessory ecosystems that complement core products (e.g., Halo, TPMS).
- Manage ownership-related products and services, enhancing customer peace of mind (e.g., extended battery warranty).
- Oversee charging infrastructure initiatives to support electrification and remove user barriers.
Vision & Planning:
- Analyze commercial and socio-economic trends to inform product strategy.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with market dynamics, technology trends, and business objectives.
- Translate vision into actionable product definitions and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define products that anticipate and meet future consumer needs.
- Build strong business cases to justify product investments and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent vision and strategy alignment across all product lines.
Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership:
- Advocate for the product vision and business case within the organization.
- Validate product concepts through proofs of concept (POCs) and consumer research.
- Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around the product direction.
- Inspire and lead product teams to deliver on strategic goals.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 15+ years in product management or related roles, with a proven ability to lead complex product initiatives.
- Consumer Insight: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and emotional connection to products.
