Target setting and system level drill-down

- Overall: Accountable for setting TCP targets across all projects within platform on time

- Interface with PP & Marketing to set TCP targets incl. FI

- Ensures engg./supplier/mfg./cost feasibility is incorporated

- Incorporates input on planning/resource availability from PPM

- System Level: Ensure overall TCP targets are translated to effective System level targets through PEH

- Delivery of set targets

- Accountable for achievement of TCP targets for all projects in the platform with the help of all platform team members & delivery organization Engineering:

- Ensure effective translation of system-level targets into SORs/drawings through PEH considering feasibilities

- Ensure inter-system trade-offs taken by PEH are in line w/ platform req.

Purchase:

- Ensure timely closure & minimum re openings of technical deliverables through PEH and techno-commercial deliverable decisions through PPH

- Ensure vendor panel and VoB by SSU is line w/ platform req. through SSU

Manufacturing:

- Ensure timely closure & minimum re openings all mfg. decisions, i.e., make vs buy, mfg. strategy (incl. loc.), in-house part dvpt., mfg.-related PPAP closure through PMH

- Responsible for inter-function & inter-project trade-off decisions so as to ensure minimum / no deviations in overall TCP targets of projects / platform

- Oversees inter project fund transfers and utilization

- Debottleneck / Veto all System/Function interface conflicts

- Reallocates Material cost/ Investment within pre-defined limits Deviations

- Decide on acceptance/ rejection of TCP deviations based on feasibility

- Responsible for escalation and closure of approvals for necessary vehicle level TCP deviations during delivery phase Launch

- Responsible for timely vehicle handover to Mfg., M&S with all quality clearances
