Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and executing people (human resource) strategy in support of the overall business plans and strategic direction of the organization

Key Accountabilities:
1. Custodian of Organization Health & Culture:
- Strategize timely deep dives to ascertain organization's pulse
- Initiatives and intervention to enhance work culture across locations
- Initiate and inculcate holistic wellness of employees, i.e. Physical, emotional & financial wellness
- Foster optimum work - life balance
- Digitalize HR processes to drive better controls, better audit trail, better analytics, better costs greater consistency, better response, better employee experience, by partnering with the globally best players
- Train employees on various digital processes (employee lifecycle) and ensure usage/utilization
- Increase the sense of empowerment through delegation, celebrating success, increasing accountability and rewards & recognition
2. Continually drive higher return on Investment through:
- Sharp monitoring of manpower costs and costs of new initiatives
- Benchmarking of practices with the world's best and driving improvement
- Centralizing, standardizing, automating HR processes
- Continuously evolve metrics so that employee contribution is measured, recognized and rewarded accordingly.
Key Accountabilities:
3. Engine of leadership pipeline and talent development:
- Minimize external lateral hiring (initially may need to at a Organization building stage.
- Develop and define career path for all with requisite competencies
- Develop system & processes to measure performance & potential
- Strong talent management: Oversee and provide insights into the strategic talent management efforts, including identification of the current and emerging top talent and creating pipeline of next generation leaders
- Rote Individual Development Plant basis 70/20/10 principle for these individuals towards improving capability, competence, & attitude for future leadership role.
- Develop a capable and motivated HR team, which would deliver the agenda for the company
4. Catalyst of institutional building:
- Shape the culture of the company in steps with the aspirations of the prevailing demography.

Job Description - Experience & Personal Characteristics:
1. Full time MBA in HR from a premier B school with consistently good academic track record
2. 45-50 years old, about 20-25 years' experience
3. Has worked in Business HR in early life and Corporate HR in later life
4. Broad spectrum exposure, preferably having some business leadership experience
5. Is aligned to the Values & Beliefs of "COMPANY"
6. Possesses influencing skills, credibility and visibility
7. Demonstrated track record of both strategic thinking and high quality of execution
8. Possesses good executive presence, gravitas, self-confidence, poise and cheerful disposition
9. Has the ability to communicate in private and in public, with demonstrable leadership skills
10. Has a track record of taking tough calls while possessing good inter-personal skills
11. Has experience of Organization Design and Development
12. Understands elements (line item) of Balance Sheet and P & L
13. Is digitally literate
14. Possesses good health and is physically fit
15. Willing to locate with family to Gurgaon region from the start
16. Familiar with internal Shared Services environment
17. Exposed to Quality Management (Six Sigma, Lean, Malcolm Baldrige Business Excellence Model, Kaizen)
18. Has personally been involved and engaged in Digital Transformation/People Transformation/ Culture Transformation agendas and initiative
