Job Description:
- PCR Control: Oversee and manage personnel cost to revenue (PCR) processes to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- KPIs: Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational performance and employee productivity.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management system, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- HR Administration: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
