Chief Operation Officer - Packaging Manufacturing

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Panipat, Haryana

Company: German-based Packaging Manufacturing Company

CTC Range: 25 30 LPA

Experience Required:

Minimum 18 years of experience in operations leadership roles such as COO, VP - Operations, or GM - Operations.

Preference for candidates from:

- Packaging Industry

- Automobile Manufacturing

- Other Core Manufacturing Industries

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement strategic initiatives to streamline production, reduce costs, and increase output

- Ensure compliance with global quality and safety standards

- Lead cross-functional teams in production, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance

- Work closely with the German leadership team to align India operations with global goals

- Spearhead continuous improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing practices

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Familiarity with European or German work culture (preferred)

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies

- Strong communication and strategic thinking
