Key Responsibilities for a Luxury Jewellery Brand:

Operational Excellence:

- Manage end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and customer service.

- Streamline workflows to enhance productivity while upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Leadership & People Management:

- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate and build a skilled, engaged workforce.

Growth & Expansion:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, including market expansion and new product lines.

- Identify and leverage opportunities to strengthen the brand's market position while preserving its luxury identity.

Project Delivery & Innovation:

- Ensure the successful execution of high-priority projects, such as integrating cutting-edge technologies or organizing signature events.

- Champion innovative practices that align with the brand's vision and enhance operational efficiency.

Strategic Thinking:


- Analyze market trends and internal challenges to craft solutions that align with long-term business goals.

- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the brand remains a leader in the luxury jewellery segment.

Marketing & Brand Building:

- Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns that elevate the brand's presence and appeal.

- Maintain the brand's exclusivity while expanding its customer base through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Proven experience in managing mid-sized businesses, particularly in the luxury or manufacturing sectors.

- Deep expertise in operations, manufacturing, and process optimization.

- A track record of working with esteemed luxury brands is essential.
