Chief Operating Officer - Insurance

- Should have experience in Life & Health Insurance.

- Responsible for developing and executing strategy for business growth, transformation, market expansion and new products; have led large teams of diverse employees and have a proven track-record in delivering business outcomes.

- Have extensive experience across products in Insurance, Banking and Lending. Strategic thinker with analytical bent of mind, and strong execution bias. Excellent communication skills and people management abilities.

- Responsible for Operations, Customer Service and Retention, Technology and Change Management, Digital Strategy, Administration & Facilities

- Responsible for Business Planning & Strategy, Interfacing with regulator, Creation of Operating and Servicing models, Driving the insurance distribution business

- Designing and implementing business operations

- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
