Chief Operating Officer - Engineering Services

This is a Key Position that collaborates with the Executive Leadership of the Engineering Division to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

You will be responsible for execution of Greenfield / Brownfield Projects from Concept to, Design, Procurement, Production, Installation & Commissioning, Payments, and Handover to Customer

- Overall Factory Operations and Site Operations

- Design Engineering

- Quality - Assurance of consistent quality of Product as per specifications through monitoring, verification and improvement in process, technology, and process control measures

- Cost Management - Budget and control of manufacturing cost to be competitive in Market

- Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.

- Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement of Processes

- Ensure implementation of systems for safety of personnel, environment, process, plant, warehouse & surrounding areas also, as per the State Factory Rules, Environment clearance & Consent to Operate

- Project Management
