Job Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of [Company Name]. Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
Manufacturing Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement strategies to improve production yields and quality.
- Manage and motivate the manufacturing team.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective sales strategies and processes.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop customer service protocols to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Monitor key operational metrics and report on performance to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to financial budgets and controls.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Human Resources:
- Manage and develop the operational team.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental, safety, and industry standards.
- Manage legal and regulatory matters related to operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-20 years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EV or alternative energy technologies is a plus.
- Experience in leading operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
