Were hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a rapidly scaling e-commerce-first consumer brand.
This role is for a hands-on leader who can design and scale operations that deliver speed, efficiency, and unmatched customer experience - while building the systems that power growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations: supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics & last-mile delivery
- Build & scale omnichannel readiness across D2C, marketplaces, Q-commerce & modern trade
- Create a customer-first operations engine ensuring fast, reliable & cost-efficient delivery
- Own & optimize P&L: margins, costs, and operational efficiencies
- Develop a data-driven culture with dashboards, KPIs & real-time insights
- Spearhead automation, tech integrations & process excellence to enable scale
- Establish compliance, governance & vendor performance frameworks
- Partner closely with product, marketing & revenue teams to ensure growth & ops are tightly aligned
Who You Are
- 1825+ years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or P&L leadership
- Proven success scaling consumer brands or e-commerce platforms
- Deep knowledge of marketplaces, D2C fulfillment, Q-commerce & omnichannel ops
- A builder & scaler - equally strong at setting up from scratch and managing hyper-growth
- Strong executional sharpness, people leadership & outcome orientation
- Thrive in fast-paced, founder-led, growth environments
