About the Role:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of our operations, ensuring excellence across all customer touchpoints and internal processes.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance vision with execution and has the maturity and experience to manage diverse operational areas at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee company-wide operations with accountability for efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth and revenue goals.
- Drive financial discipline, operational planning, and organizational alignment across all functions.
- Establish frameworks, KPIs, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and performance.
- Ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to long-term retention.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to senior managers, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications:
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, with significant expertise in B2B SaaS.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and scale processes in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SaaS business metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with day-to-day operational excellence.
