We are looking for strategic thinkers and operators from top-tier consulting firms who are ready to build and scale leading consumer brands.
Chief of Staff to the COO with a market-leading skincare brand in Mumbai.
Client: A market leader in the D2C skincare space.
Location: Mumbai
What you'll do:
- You will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer. You will help drive key operational initiatives, solve complex business problems, and ensure the business runs smoothly as it scales.
- This is a role for someone who can connect high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution.
Who we're looking for:
- A background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, GEP, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur D. Little, etc.).
- Experience with projects in FMCG, D2C, or Operations is a strong plus.
- We have a preference for candidates who are based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive long-term supply chain vision aligned with business growth and product innovation.
- Operations Management: Oversee sourcing, planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution across regions.
- SKU Complexity & Demand Planning: Manage a large and dynamic catalog of SKUs with strong demand forecasting and S&OP practices.
- Network Optimization: Set up and scale a distributed warehouse and fulfillment infrastructure to meet growing demand efficiently.
- Quick Commerce Readiness: Build agile and responsive supply chains that cater to instant delivery models and hyperlocal fulfillment.
- Digital Transformation: Lead ERP/WMS digitization initiatives, drive automation, and use analytics to identify blind spots and unlock efficiencies.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing supply chain team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Cost & Performance Management: Drive optimization in cost, inventory days, OTIF metrics, and service levels.
Risk Management: Identify supply-side risks and build contingencies and resilient supplier ecosystems.
