- This is not a traditional EA role. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as a Chief of Staff (CoS) / Strategic Executive Assistant to the Founder. You will be the Founder's right hand, operating at the critical intersection of strategy, execution, and global entrepreneurship.


- Your primary goal is to amplify the Founder's impact by managing their time, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations across all professional and personal verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Founder Enablement & Time Management:

- Act as the primary gatekeeper, prioritizing inbound/outbound flow to ensure the

- Founder's focus remains on high-leverage activities.

- Manage and filter communications across personal, professional, and creative domains.

Strategic Business Coordination:

- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and priorities with CEOs of portfolio companies and internal department heads.

- Prepare comprehensive summaries, briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external stakeholders.

- Track key operational metrics, including hiring pipelines, team onboarding, and back-office compliance.

- Take responsibility for the Founder's life and fulfill all duties in their absence, including maintaining a professional presence on their behalf.

Project and Operations Management:


- Drive the strategic execution of key initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.

- Oversee dashboards, trackers, and project check-ins to ensure accountability and progress.

- Complete logistical planning for projects and travel upon the Founder's arrival.

Lifestyle & Personal Oversight:

- Supervise and manage the team serving the Founder's personal and professional life, delegating tasks to the Lifestyle Manager as needed.

- Take ownership of lifestyle planning, including social events, travel logistics, and bookings.

- Ensure a seamless transition between the Founder's professional and personal modes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Technological Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and WhatsApp. Experience with AI tools is a plus.

- Strong Execution & Delegation: The ability to drive projects to completion and effectively delegate tasks to internal and external teams.

- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and concisely with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Cultural Adaptability: Experience coordinating teams and operations across different time zones (US shifts) and remote setups.
