Chief of Staff - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Strategic Initiatives/Business Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager/Associate Director - Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and managing multiple strategic initiatives, developing business cases, influencing overall contributions, and driving efficiencies at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business initiatives from concept to successful implementation

- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement strategic plans

- Serve as a liaison between senior business leaders, the COO office, and the Operating Committee (OC)

- Keep the OC updated on major initiatives, plan and coordinate meetings and offsites, and propose process improvements

- Assist with strategic planning, identify opportunities to influence, support, and execute strategy

- Develop quality financial analysis and insights, determine strategies, and define/provide metrics

- Assist with quarterly and annual planning processes and resolve complex business problems

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field

- 8-18 years of work experience in a business or executive management role

- Proven experience in a chief of staff and/or business management role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and be result-oriented, solution-centric

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Ability to collaborate with business leaders as a true business partner

- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
