Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team of our investment firm.

This individual will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior executives, helping drive key initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support decision-making across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Partner with leadership to define and track execution of firm-wide priorities.

- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives across investment, operations, and portfolio management teams.

- Drive OKRs and KPIs for business performance tracking.

Leadership Support:

- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and investor communications.

- Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda design, content creation, and action item tracking.

- Serve as liaison across departments to ensure alignment with executive priorities.

Operational Excellence:

- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.

- Manage key internal workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Coordinate and oversee firm-wide initiatives (e.g., annual planning, M&A due diligence, talent reviews).

Stakeholder Management:

- Support and manage relationships with external stakeholders (LPs, advisors, regulators, portfolio companies).

- Act as a representative of the firm in key internal and external engagements.

People & Culture:

- Partner with HR to shape firm culture, drive engagement, and support talent initiatives.

- Mentor junior staff and build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic/operational role.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment processes and portfolio operations.

- Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
