Job Description:


The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as a strategic partner to the MD, driving the execution of Company's vision to lead in AIDC, IoT, and smart technology solutions while pioneering sustainable revenue streams through carbon credits.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can align cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and act as a trusted advisor. The CoS will also spearhead initiatives to generate revenue from carbon credits, leveraging technology portfolio to support sustainability goals and create new financial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Partner with the MD to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across R&D, sales, and delivery teams.

- Oversee the execution of high-priority initiatives, such as expanding IoT solutions for smart cities or enhancing RFID-based supply chain systems.

- Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue from carbon credits, including identifying opportunities within IoT and smart technology deployments (e.g., energy-efficient smart city solutions or green logistics).

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities (e.g., Zebra Technologies, HID Global) to ensure we remain a leader in technology and sustainability.

Operational Excellence and Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Streamline operations by optimizing resource allocation and fostering collaboration across departments to meet client deadlines and quality standards for projects like Aadhaar or financial inclusion solutions.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in delivering tech solutions and integrating carbon credit-focused initiatives, such as energy monitoring systems.

- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration of AI driven analytics and IoT platforms to support both client deliverables and sustainability goals.

Carbon Credit Revenue Generation:

- Leverage expertise in carbon markets to identify, develop, and monetize carbon credit opportunities tied to technology solutions (e.g., IoT-enabled energy management systems for smart cities or logistics).

- Collaborate with sustainability consultants, regulatory bodies, and carbon credit platforms to certify and trade credits generated from eco-friendly initiatives.

- Build partnerships with organizations in the carbon offset ecosystem to enhance revenue streams and position as a leader in sustainable technology solutions.

- Track and report on carbon credit revenue performance, integrating financial outcomes into the company's broader growth strategy.

Trusted Advisor and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the MD's proxy in key meetings, representing MD with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and clients, particularly during high-stakes tenders or sustainability-focused discussions.

- Provide candid insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and internal challenges, with a focus on balancing technological innovation and environmental impact.

- Communicate effectively with board members and investors, ensuring transparency on strategic initiatives, including carbon credit revenue streams.

- Facilitate alignment between technology and sustainability goals, enhancing the company's reputation as a forward-thinking, eco-conscious leader.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or consulting roles, preferably in technology, IoT, or sustainability-focused industries.

- Proven expertise in carbon credit markets, including developing, certifying, and monetizing carbon credits in alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CDM, VERRA, or regional carbon schemes).

- Experience in cross-functional leadership, ideally in tech-driven organizations delivering solutions like AIDC, IoT, or smart cards.

- Track record of driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, with a focus on sustainability or environmental markets.

Skills :

- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.

- Deep understanding of carbon credit ecosystems, including certification processes, trading platforms, and market trends.

- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to government officials.

- Familiarity with IoT, AI, or AIDC technologies is a plus.
