Roles And Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer experienced professional with in depth practical knowledge of airport handling vertical-product design.

Responsibilities

- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking, research industry best practices and establish customer trends for further innovation by the airline.

- Drive development lifecycle for cabin, galley, seat, IFE and inflight connectivity products from conceptualization to launch.

- Collaborate with stakeholders on aircraft configuration for all aspects of cabin interior definition, including class/seat and lighting configuration and establishing product communication materials such as product info decks.

- Improve/maintain existing products to provide customers with exceptional inflight experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.cabin crew, inflight services) to implement and rollout new cabin products and experience.

- Oversee and coordinate stakeholders for inflight entertainment system performance and overall cabin maintenance upkeep schedules for cabin products.

- Monitor customers' inflight experience and drive the implementation for the areas of improvement.

- This includes investigating and analysing customers and stakeholders' feedback.

- Disseminate consolidated feedback for internal process review and vendors' action and follow up for closure.

Skills Required

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, project and vendor management skills.

- Strong team player, and self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.

- A good all-rounder who has an eye for detail and can synthesize and apply multiple insights.

- Strong written and presentation skills.

- Strong IT skills including MS Office applications.
