- This position is required to create and manage all Digital/ATL/BTL Communication development & Campaigns for Mobile business.
- Strengthening brand leadership and equity through awareness building initiatives and shaping perception across the consumer decision making journey
- Product launch communication mix development [messaging architecture, Key message, Online, offline creative content, media mix for India market
- GTM planning, execution and monitoring - Full funnel mix development
- All Retail Communication elements development & execution support- Instore elements, Digital elements
- National & Regional Festive Campaign development and execution support for all instore elements, activation & Experiential Marketing.
- Instore elements planning, development & timely connectivity through the year for all creative elements in Retail stores
- Development of media strategy, planning and execution/ monitoring with the media team and media agency
- Communication consistency across all online and offline channels.
- Drive new communication channels in line with changing media consumption behavior by consumers.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Maximizing Volume, Value and Market share of Mobile categories
- MPSA scores (Preference indicator)
- Differentiated and effective ( KPI achievements) GTM Mix roll out for launches
- Developing & executing innovative and ROI based Programs to drive sales/footfalls
- Planning, managing & executing all communication for national / regional promos, regional /national festivals.
- Liaising and working closely with Business, Creative Agency, Media team, Media Agency, PR team, E-store team, Retail Marketing team
