1. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to business heads and senior leadership on all HR matters including workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive change management initiatives aligned with the company growth and transformation agenda.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Monitor business unit KPIs and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead annual HR processes including goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning.
2. Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process across levels from frontline sales roles to executive leadership.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across functions, with a strong focus on sales distribution, underwriting, actuarial, and digital teams.
- Build a strong employer brand that resonates in the life insurance and financial services market.
- Implement recruiting technologies and data-driven hiring strategies to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs based on manpower planning and attrition trends.
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring and employee engagement.
- Spearhead strategic workforce planning and capability building aligned with digital transformation and customer-centricity.
- Introduce talent intelligence and succession frameworks for mission-critical roles.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in the life insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale hiring operations and business partnering for distributed workforces (e.g., agency and bancassurance channels).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and compensation structuring in insurance/regulated industries.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles across the organization. I also provide strategic and operational HR support to the business units, ensuring alignment with the company's vision
- Conducting Interviews, handle offer negotiations, Induction program, frame HR Strategies, Drafting HR policies, Vendor management, Payroll operations,-
- Performance management, Exit management, Annual compliances and maintaining reports.
