Job Description :

To lead the Retail/Mall Space Leasing & Sales team and look after the following responsibilities:

- Will be Manage Retail/Mall Leasing portfolio across projects India.

- Responsible for Corporate Real Estate Management, Business Development, Client Relationship, Transaction Management- Lease negotiations & Agreement Preparations, Renewals, Portfolio Management and Project Management Coordination.

- Responsible for leasing, Sales and MIS of luxury corporate office projects across in India

- Manage investor relations for the projects and work with them to achieve effective leasing and rental realization.

Location : Metro

Candidate Profile : Min 20 - 25 years of Malls Leasing experience from Retail/Mall, and Private Equity (PE) Sectors. Candidate should have a stable career with contributions at each of the places with professional companies and a competitive environment.
